At Ritzy, we carefully process every order to ensure that your products are prepared and dispatched with care. If you need to cancel an order, you may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

1. Cancellation Request

Buyers may request the seller to cancel an order after placing it. Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible, preferably before the order has been processed, prepared, customized, or dispatched.

2. Cancellation After Order Processing

Once an order has been processed, prepared, customized, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the cancellation request will be reviewed based on the current status of the order.

3. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or preparation has started, as these products are created specifically according to the customer's requirements.

4. Cancellation Confirmation

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled. The cancellation will be considered effective only after confirmation from Ritzy.

5. Refund for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to our applicable payment and refund procedures. Any amount that is non-refundable due to payment processing charges or other applicable deductions may be handled accordingly.

6. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact Ritzy as soon as possible and provide your order number, registered contact details, and the reason for cancellation.

Our team will review the request and inform you whether the cancellation can be accepted based on the status of your order.

7. Important Note

Ritzy reserves the right to accept or decline a cancellation request depending on the status of the order and whether processing, customization, packaging, or dispatch has already started.

We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
